Once we receive your web hosting application, your account will usually be setup within 24 hrs. You will receive a Welcome Letter with your account details. You can upload files straight away using the IP number until your domain name resolves.

If you already have an existing Domain Name and you are transferring it to our server from another web hosting server, you will need to delegate the domain name to our name servers. Just email us to order this.

If you do not already have an existing domain name please email us to complete the web hosting application.

For a definition of the features below, please click on the small question mark in the left column. Prices are in AUSTRALIAN dollars and include GST. Setup fee will be waived on annual accounts.

 

Our web servers

Our servers are custom built industrial machines, purpose built for the rigorous of 24/365 operations. Equipped with dual redundant power supplies, hot swap disk drives, force filtered cooling, and backed up with uninterruptible power supplies and standby on-line servers. We run Windows servers and offer FrontPage Support and ASP hosting.

NOTES:

  1. All web hosting prices are in Australian dollars.
  2. All prices include GST.
  3. Payment can be made by cheque, direct deposit, internet banking or credit card.
  4. A one time set up fee of AU$140.00, (plus a minimum 3 months + pro rata amount if applicable is payable in advance on all new accounts).
  5. Please allow approx. 24 hrs for your domain to resolve after delegation.
